Hot Sale High-Conductive electrically conductive ink
Introduction:
Electrically conductive printing ink is a kind of inks for
dispersing a conductive material (gold, silver, copper, and carbon)
in the linked compound prepared paste, commonly known as paste
inks. Nature has a certain degree of electrical conductivity, as
printed conductive or conductive line point of use.
Kim Department of conductive ink, silver conductive ink, copper-based conductive ink, carbon-based conductive ink, etc., have reached practical, for printed circuit, electrodes, electroplating bottom, the keyboard contacts, resistors and other printed materials.
Type:
Powder chemical stability, good conductivity, but expensive, use is
limited to thick film integrated circuits.
Silver conductive ink. Used extensively for printing conductive
membrane switch. When printing materials as polyester, can be
dispersed into the polyester resin silver compound link, you can
make a paste of conductive ink. When performing a dry ink film, the
resistance value increases, preferably far-infrared drying in a
dryer under 120 ~ 130 °C.
Copper than silver inexpensive, but the disadvantage of easily
oxidized. Copper are often used after oxidation treatment, the use
of this ink printed circuit less susceptible to oxidation, but the
drawback is a high temperature treatment, anti-oxidation effect
will be lost.
Carbon-based conductive ink. Carbon-based filler used in the
conductive ink and a conductive channel black, acetylene black,
furnace carbon black and graphite, the resistance varies with the
type bits. Used for film sheet resistance of the switch and
printing, the former mostly printed on polyester substrate, so it
the same silver conductive inks, polyester resin binders based
inks.
Application:
Printing conductive ink on the conductive means substrates, so as
to have a current conducting capacity and elimination of
electrostatic charge accumulated ink is generally printed on
plastic, glass, ceramics, cardboard or other non-conductive
substrates. Printing method is very broad, such as screen printing,
letterpress printing, flexo printing, gravure printing and offset
printing etc. can be used. Can be selected according to the
requirements of the thickness of different printing methods,
different thickness of the resistance, solder resistance and
abrasion resistance, are also different. This ink has a thick paste
and resin type two. The former is a high-temperature glass frit
firing type adhesives, synthetic resin as a binder which is a
low-temperature drying or radiation (UV, EB) curable screen
printing ink.
