Q. Do you have any advantage for offset sublimation ink?
Yes, we start sublimation ink business from 2005. One of our
shareholders is an institute for sublimation ink. We have patents
for sublimation ink. And we are now the largest manufacturer for
offset sublimation ink in China.
Q. What about the quality of your offset sublimation ink?
Our offset sublimation inks are of high quality due to many times
of rigorous tests in our machine, problems will not occur. If
problem about ink occurs, we will judge it soon and then take the
responsibility if it is our fault.
Q. Is your offset sublimation ink quality consistent?
Sure. We use imported raw materials from good reputation companies,
and we tested the raw materials each lot. We make tests with each
ink lot.
Q. Do you provide warranty for your offset sublimation ink?
We provide 1 year (12monthes) free warranty for the offset
sublimation ink. Within 1 year, if the ink has any problems, we
promise 1:1 replacement for defective goods.
Q. Is your offset sublimation ink no harm to human body?
Our offset sublimation ink is no harm to human body. We have SGS,
PONY, EBO MSDS reports.
Q. Can we use customized logo?
Sure. We provide OEM service.
